Each
flat is provided with a gas-fired space heater and electric water heating.
Gas and electricity supplies are separately metered and the responsibility
of the occupier who is also responsible for Council Tax and Water Rates.
Upper floors have the use of a passenger lift. Common areas of the building
and the ground floors are maintained by the landlords, the costs of which
are included in the rental.
